Helping the Transportation Research Board
Tandem supported the Transportation Research Board in identifying, selecting and implementing a new enterprise management system to replace their people/association management system to support committee management, membership management, publications fulfillment, accounts receivable, sponsor and affiliate management, the manuscript peer review and evaluation process, and annual meeting program development.
Subsequently, Tandem was retained to facilitate the implementation of the new system and to run the Project Management Office as well as to take a lead role in performing the necessary data conversion to the new system. The system will enable the TRB to operate more efficiently and focus their resources on supporting their membership and sponsorship base that conducts world class research into today’s local and global transportation challenges.
Today, Tandem provides Project Management support, data conversion support, custom development, custom integration with legacy systems, training, and ongoing operations and maintenance support.
